We manufacture the capability, not only the machine.
Every HOYAN platform is developed, assembled, calibrated and validated in our own Shenzhen facility. Development, application engineering and production sit in the same building, so a process problem never has to travel between suppliers.

In-house development
Motion platforms, optical trains, vision alignment and HY CUT control software are designed by our own engineering team — no third-party dependency.

Issue solving ability
When a material refuses to behave, we run parameter trials, redesign fixturing and re-engineer the optical path until the part passes inspection.
3.
Build quality
Granite bases, linear-motor gantries and 48-hour continuous burn-in before a machine is allowed to ship.
