Standard platforms ship in 30 – 45 days. Custom automation lines typically ship in 60 – 90 days depending on the specification. Ex-works Shenzhen; we support FOB, CIF, DDP.

T/T is standard: 30 % deposit against PO, 70 % against BL copy or ready-for-shipment. L/C at sight is also supported for orders above USD 100 000.

Yes. HOYAN LASER provides on-site installation, commissioning and operator training worldwide, either directly from Shenzhen or through certified regional partners.

Standard warranty is 12 months on the platform, with a lifetime software-update policy and priority spare-parts logistics. Extended warranties are available on request.

Stainless, tin foil, molybdenum, copper, nickel, brass and specialty alloys with fiber; FPC / PCB, PI, FR4, cover film, ceramics with UV / green; PMMA, wood, textiles, thin steel with CO₂; sapphire, cover glass, wafer with green picosecond.

Typical linear accuracy is ± 5 µm with repeatability ± 2 µm on our fiber and UV platforms. Picosecond platforms deliver spot sizes ≤ 20 µm.
