Shenzhen — HOYAN LASER today unveiled the G680PRO, the entry-tier of our newest-generation SMT stencil fiber-laser platforms. Built on a granite base with dual-drive gantry motion and driven by an original IPG fiber source, the G680PRO delivers 15 000 – 30 000 pads per hour with ± 5 µm accuracy.
The G680PRO features the new HY CUT visualised control software, standard vision alignment, one-click aperture repair and power-off memory. It is optimised for high-mix, mid-volume stencil shops that need premium precision without the footprint of a large-format platform.
Field validation with 12 pilot customers achieved a first-pass yield above 99.5 % across a portfolio of 0.05 mm to 0.5 mm stencils. General availability starts this quarter across Asia-Pacific, EMEA and the Americas.
